House Services :
- Bring in mail, newspapers, and packages
- Turn lights on/off
- Open/close blinds or curtains
- Water indoor and/or outdoor plants
- Confirm water is turned off (sinks, hoses, etc.)
- Verify that all doors are secure
- Check property and home for damage after storms or windy conditions
Policy
Holidays will have an additional $5per visit.
Holidays include :
- New Year's Day
- Easter weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
- July 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
- Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Late/Early visits will have a $7 surcharge.
Additional fees may be charged for administering medication to pets that require additional time. watering numerous plants, or other requested services that exceed regular visit time
*LDT with holds the right to refuse service for any reason. Additional fees will be charged for handling these situations.
